About the NDIS
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an Australian Government scheme to ensure people with a disability find the support they need.
If you are eligible to receive NDIS , NDIS staff will talk through your goals and any special needs with you and your support person. Your goals may include greater independence, community involvement, education, employment and improved wellbeing.
All of this information will be included in a plan. Funding is then allocated based on your individual needs. You have the flexibility to choose the best service provider for your needs.
HealthWISE is a registered NDIS provider. Learn about our NDIS services.
