Support Us

Our vision is for healthy communities.

We cover vast areas of predominately rural North West NSW and Southern East QLD where there is a high prevalence of preventable disease. As health professionals, we recognise the social determinants of health and seek to make positive, sustainable change to the health of the population by partnering with communities.

Each year, the HealthWISE Gift Fund accepts applications from community groups for grants up to $3,000. We select up to three eligible organisations and partner with them to deliver a successful project. Administration and oversight of the HealthWISE Gift Fund is subject to rigorous governance processes.

Most HealthWISE services are made possible through government funding, however the HealthWISE Gift Fund relies on donations. Each year, we aim to raise $9,000 to continue the HealthWISE Gift Fund.

Your donation will enable us to support small community groups to run pet projects that aims to prevent disease in the community that they otherwise wouldn’t be able to run. We will keep you updated on the success of the projects you’ve enabled.
